In this research study we will be testing an oral investigational medication to see how well the investigational medication is tolerated at four different doses and to further test how safe it is in healthy individuals between the ages 50-70 inclusive.

ABOUT THE DRUG:

This is an investigational medication being developed to possibly treat Alzheimer's disease in the future.  Study participants will be healthy individuals age 50-70 who would like to contribute today so that they may help benefit generations to come.  This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat any medical condition.  

LENGTH OF STUDY:

All eligible subjects must be able to come to our research center for: a Screening Visit to determine your eligibility, An Inpatient Stay: from 8-27 days depending on the days you are dosed, and a Final Visit: approximately 3 days after your last inpatient stay.
