This is a research study to see how well an oral investigational medication is tolerated and to further study how safe it is in individuals who are depressed and overweight and are currently taking an antidepressant.

About the Drug:
This is an investigational medication designed to help overweight people lose weight. Study participants must be overweight or obese and currently taking an antidepressant. This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat a medical condition.
Length of Study:
All eligible subjects will come to our research center for: a Screening Visit to determine eligibility. One Inpatient Stay: 4 days and 3 nights. Outpatient Visits: 3 outpatient visits, one per week. Second Inpatient Stay: 3 days and 2 nights. Final Visit: 6 days after your second inpatient stay. The study will last approximately 36 days from the first admission to the final visit.
